Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall govern this order and buyer is deemed
to have agreed to them by issuance of an order, forwarding payment or accepting delivery.
All prices are subject to GST and PST where applicable.
All orders are subject to a shipping charge. Courier charges will be billed, if applicable.
Prepayment terms on all orders (fabric, wallpaper, trimming)
Cancellations will not be accepted without written approval from AnneStarr and are subject to our suppliers accepting return of ordered goods.
Cancelled orders, if approved, are automatically subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, plus return freight/delivery charge and duties (if duties apply) to our supplier.
No returns will be accepted for wallpaper.
Full payment is required on all Production/custom orders:
(furniture, lighting, rugs or any custom printed/woven fabric/wallpaper or trimmings)
Cancellations will not be accepted on custom orders.
All lead times and delivery dates are approximate.
We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
AnneStarr is not responsible for color matching unless a cutting for approval (CFA) is requested.
No claims will be accepted for fabric/wallpaper that has been cut or treated.
No claims will be accepted for labour charges under any circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products for flaws or defects as soon as they are received.
Claims will not be accepted after 10 business days (of receipt of goods).
